06-24-2007, 7:55 AM lunagirl71 Joined on 09-01-2005 lost in the 80's Posts 4,113 Again *thanks Peter :) No Doubt played together again last night...it was freakin awesome!!!! Had the best time and then during cool gwen runs into the audience!!!! so she is like on one side we see her running towards our side and we are like nooo way so my daughter runs down and is literally one person away from gwen and my sister as well. I was trying to act like a mom of a teenager and stay composed but I couldnt so I had to run down there too! LOL.  I got close enough to say that she is f ing more gorgeous in person than I could have even thought she could be! That made our whole evening I mean we may have not been in the pit but we felt just as good !!!!!   PS Thanks Peter in wonderland :) for taking a picture with my daughter after the show! I had so much fun! It's really great how so many people say their best experience from the show was when she runs into the stands during 'Cool'. That one moment gives so many fans in the back what might be their only possible up-close moment with Gwen. Aww, thanks for the compliments! I'm always humbled by them. Sorry if I can't remember everyone I met last night by name, but I definitely remember everyone's faces if I see them again and I generally remember the location I met them. Were you the ones who knew my name already when you came up to me and said you were from the forums? I usually have horrible red eye in night time photos, so if your pic with me came out bad, you can send it to me and I can photoshop the red eye out. My camera is awful with red eye. P.S. - You might have wanted to give your thread name a more eye-catching name than "Again", otherwise it could be about anything! *lol*    Report

I'm so glad that Peter aka Alice was able to go to another Gwen show-he looked great again in the Alice costume! He makes such an excellent point about Gwen running in to the audience-she really does give her fans the opportunity to be close to her,a chance they might not get otherwise-it's just another example of how endlessly kind and gracious she is to her fans. No problem Lamb83....we really did have a fantastic time and the way Gwen acknowledges every person in the audience and tries to make everyone feel special is really great to see her that close was great! And how she signs peoples' items and pulls people onstage-sometimes right in the middle of a show! I don't know of any other artist who would do that-she is just amazing.
