Whoa, I'm back from my HUGE gwen trip and my bank account is completely empty, not good considering the new L.A.M.B. season has begun :( I will start at the beginning We left on Wed July 25th for Sydney On Friday the 27th we recieve a msg from another aussie fan (Bec) saying she waited for Gwen at the Brisbane airport and Gwen didn't stop so we decided not to wait for Gwen on Sunday the 29th when she will be arriving in Brisbane from Sydney. Do some sight seeing around Sydney SO BEAUTIFUL me rocking the Lammie Cammie in front of the Opera House And we come across a DISGUSTING rip off of the WDMLG hoodie EWWW! On Sunday at 1.40pm I recieve a phone call from Bec asking if I can get to the airport within an hour because they know what flight Gwen is on, we are at Manly Beach and decide to try to make it to the airport. We run from where we are the the ferry, jump on, anxiously wait the 25min ride to Circular Quay. Run through the train station and hop on the next train to the Domestic Airport. Upon Arriving at the Domestic Airport we realise we cannot get out of the train station because we don't have valid tickets (***!) so we JUMP over the barricades (SUPER NAUGHTY) and sprint our little hearts out up 3 flights of stairs. Approx time is 2.50pm, as we are running past Gloria Jeans we spot 3 of the Harajuku Girls, Legacy and Gabe. Deciding we must have missed Gwen we stop and get photos with the girls and legacy Just then we see flashes at the end of the airport, we rush down and of course Gwen is gone, we were told by Bec that Gwen stopped, signed everyone's stuff and all the fans got pics with her. SO DISAPPOINTED! Make the decision to DEFINITELY wait at Melbourne airport for Gwen. SYDNEY Monday 30th July 2007 My first Gwen Concert My seat: Section J We met some COOL aussie fans and decide not to watch the Gym Class Heroes and instead speak to fans. Look at our bum flaps! Im wearing the Global cities hoodie :P Concert was AMAZING! I ALMOST got to touch Gwen when she ran right past me during cool, but she saw me! SYDNEY Tuesday 31st July 2007 Second Gwen Concert Our seats: Row 13 in Section E (REALLY good seats) We decide to watch Gym Class Heroes so sort out the settings on our camera (not much luck) and by chance meet Legacy again and Remedy (SO sexy! *drools*) We wait for Legacy after the show, and Steven tells us they are planning on going to The Gaff (WHOO! right around the corner from our hotel), even though we had to fly super early in the morning (Wake up at 6am) we decide to go out. We didn't see them but we aren't sure whether they had a VIP room, we stumble into our hotel around 3.45am! SYDNEY TO MELBOURNE Wednesday 1st August 2007 Have to get up SO early to leave our hotel, check out and pack by 8am! Get to the airport on time, looking super DUPER tired with unwashed hair, JUST MY LUCK! lol We arrive at Melbourne at 11.45pm SO tired but decide to wait for Gwen and PRAY that she stops! We met up with Kara (another Gwen fan from Perth) and meet a nice paparazzi guy. At 2.15 another paparazzi guy (NOT very nice) shows up from the Herald Sun (Melbourne News paper) and tells us Gwen is arriving on the next flight! OMG we get SO excited we nearly BURST! We watch all the band and dancers come through the gates, but where is Gwen?! Then we see Curtis and OMG! GWEN! We yell HI GWEN, she shows us a HUGE smile and waves! Kara yells: Can we get a picture? Gwen: Uh, just follow me this way *points* *we all look at each other - OMG!* Dani (my friend I traveled with) still had our luggage with us from that morning, we look at our luggage (INCLUDING my only LAMB bag!!) and decide to leave it there and follow Gwen! We follow Gwen through the whole airport and out to the VIP Valet Parking area, Kingston is put into the car and Gwen comes over and says "Hey guys!", she signs my pic I printed from the 4AM video and Kara's original BSC CD, and then we get a photo with her, Kara says some stuff to her, but I m paralysed and cannot speak :P All I kept saying was Thanks Gwen! Thank you so much! Then we went and talked to the band and dancers, the Harajuku Girls are SO cute! We met Gabe and another pic with Remedy We are busy talking to the dances when a voice comes over the loud speaker and says "Alicia Harvey please return to your luggage IMMEDIATELY!" (HOLY ***! thats me)! So we run down to our luggage and there is a woman standing there and she says "Girls, Girls, Girls!" And we say "We are so sorry! But we just met Gwen Stefani!" And she just laughs and says "Don't let it happen again" lol! MELBOURNE Thursday 2nd August 2007 Third Gwen Concert! My Seat: Section E Row T Im not sitting with either of my friends (Dani or Kara) but have a SUPER nice girl next to me who was also by herself :D YAY! My seat was good, but not fantastic. Was an awesome night! Gwen was so cute, some people in the front row where talking to her and she says "UH! I can't understand your accent!" and then "HAHA! Just kidding" hehehe :P We catch wind of an after party! OMG! Gwen's personal trainer invited me and Kara!! It was at the Q Bar We RUSH to the train, rush home and get ready! JUMP in a taxi and THANK GOD its only around the corner from where we are staying! YAY! We get inside (YAY!) and quickly discover there is a VIP room. Hmm, how to get in!? We see Legacy ABOUT the walk in and go LEGACY! He turns around and gives me a hug and says, I'll be right back! We wait for him for a while and think his not coming out :(! We ask Kris if he can get us in, and he says he doesn't think so (BOO!) Then YAY Legacy comes out and talks to us for a bit, and then Flea joins him! Flea goes: Yeah come back with us! (YAY!) So we are given VIP wrist bands and into the VIP room! Of course Gwen is sleeping but as well as Flea, Kris and Legacy there is Curtis, Gwen's Personal Trainer (Mikey), Gabe and Steven are there! We shake our little booties ALL night! MELBOURNE Friday 3rd August 2007 FOURTH Gwen Concert Our seats; FIRST ROW! Section A OMG! FIRST ROW! Paid a ***** packet for the seats (AU$630 on eBay) but TOTALLY worth it. We watch Gym Class Heroes again, and see Legacy again and he sits with us for a bit. Then Gwen comes out! OMG SO CLOSE! After Yummy, Gwen says "I'm going to look for all my favourite people" We grab our sign and show it to Gwen, she points to us and says "I LOVE YOU GUYS!" walks over, and says to me "HEY! are you the same girl from last night?" (Kara and I both had the Crash Tracksuit on), I say "no" (i wasnt wearing it last night) and then Gwen says "WOW! You got the outfit!" And sings a lot of 4AM to us (WOW!) Then when shes done singing 4AM shes says "Who was here last night?" I go crazy and Gwen comes over and says "Were you here last night?" I just go "yes!" and she goes "Well, you're a lot louder tonight!" Then when shes up the back about to start cool, she says "WOW you guys are gorgeous up close! better than down there" *points to the floor* and says "Oh but those girls up the front are really cute too!" (THAT'S US!) We wait around at the end of the concert to see if there is any news of an after party, unfortunately we don't hear any and go home for a WELL deserved sleep! On Sunday 5th August we fly back to Perth! *MUCH SLEEP TAKES PLACE!* Then today Monday 6th August I decide whether to wait at the airport or go to uni (considering I've already missed the first week of classes) I decide to go after my lecture which finishes at 2pm, but suspect Gwen will be on the 1.25pm flight At 2pm I ring Kara who was waiting at the airport and ask her if Gwen had already landed and she said no (YAY! She must be on the 4.10pm flight!!) At 3pm I get ready to go to the airport and recieve a call from Kara, who says she spoke to the QANTAS lady and found out Gwen isn't arriving til 6.40pm! YAY! I can go to my 4pm class! I arrive at the airport at 6pm and meet the other people who are waiting. At 6.35pm we wait outside the gate for Gwen with a huge sign that says "OUR LOVE IS ROCKSTEADY" Gwen comes out and signs our stuff! YAY! I say to her: Do you remember me from the first row in Melbourne Gwen: Yeh of course! Then when she signs everyone's stuff we get to have photos with her YAY! Whilst the camera is getting ready I point to my bag (saddle mandeville) and say "Look I got the bag!" and Gwen says "I know" *touches my hoodie and looks me up and down* and says "You look really cute!" YAY! I hope someone reads all of that, friggin' longest post EVER but SUPER exciting trip. I still have one show left, which is tomorrow night and Im sitting in the 2nd row! YAY! Say a big goodbye and thank you from Australia for us all, i will miss the fact that she is not in Australia anymore.    Report

We follow Gwen through the whole airport and out to the VIP Valet Parking area, Kingston is put into the car and Gwen comes over and says "Hey guys!", she signs my pic I printed from the 4AM video and Kara's original BSC CD, and then we get a photo with her, Kara says some stuff to her, but I m paralysed and cannot speak :P All I kept saying was Thanks Gwen! Thank you so much! Then we went and talked to the band and dancers, the Harajuku Girls are SO cute! We met Gabe and another pic with Remedy We are busy talking to the dances when a voice comes over the loud speaker and says "Alicia Harvey please return to your luggage IMMEDIATELY!" (HOLY ***! thats me)! So we run down to our luggage and there is a woman standing there and she says "Girls, Girls, Girls!" And we say "We are so sorry! But we just met Gwen Stefani!" And she just laughs and says "Don't let it happen again" lol! MELBOURNE Thursday 2nd August 2007 Third Gwen Concert! My Seat: Section E Row T Im not sitting with either of my friends (Dani or Kara) but have a SUPER nice girl next to me who was also by herself :D YAY! My seat was good, but not fantastic. Was an awesome night! Gwen was so cute, some people in the front row where talking to her and she says "UH! I can't understand your accent!" and then "HAHA! Just kidding" hehehe :P We catch wind of an after party! OMG! Gwen's personal trainer invited me and Kara!! It was at the Q Bar We RUSH to the train, rush home and get ready! JUMP in a taxi and THANK GOD its only around the corner from where we are staying! YAY! We get inside (YAY!) and quickly discover there is a VIP room. Hmm, how to get in!? We see Legacy ABOUT the walk in and go LEGACY! He turns around and gives me a hug and says, I'll be right back! We wait for him for a while and think his not coming out :(! We ask Kris if he can get us in, and he says he doesn't think so (BOO!) Then YAY Legacy comes out and talks to us for a bit, and then Flea joins him! Flea goes: Yeah come back with us! (YAY!) So we are given VIP wrist bands and into the VIP room! Of course Gwen is sleeping but as well as Flea, Kris and Legacy there is Curtis, Gwen's Personal Trainer (Mikey), Gabe and Steven are there! We shake our little booties ALL night! MELBOURNE Friday 3rd August 2007 FOURTH Gwen Concert Our seats; FIRST ROW! Section A OMG! FIRST ROW! Paid a ***** packet for the seats (AU$630 on eBay) but TOTALLY worth it. We watch Gym Class Heroes again, and see Legacy again and he sits with us for a bit. Then Gwen comes out! OMG SO CLOSE! After Yummy, Gwen says "I'm going to look for all my favourite people" We grab our sign and show it to Gwen, she points to us and says "I LOVE YOU GUYS!" walks over, and says to me "HEY! are you the same girl from last night?" (Kara and I both had the Crash Tracksuit on), I say "no" (i wasnt wearing it last night) and then Gwen says "WOW! You got the outfit!" And sings a lot of 4AM to us (WOW!) Then when shes done singing 4AM shes says "Who was here last night?" I go crazy and Gwen comes over and says "Were you here last night?" I just go "yes!" and she goes "Well, you're a lot louder tonight!" Then when shes up the back about to start cool, she says "WOW you guys are gorgeous up close! better than down there" *points to the floor* and says "Oh but those girls up the front are really cute too!" (THAT'S US!) We wait around at the end of the concert to see if there is any news of an after party, unfortunately we don't hear any and go home for a WELL deserved sleep! On Sunday 5th August we fly back to Perth! *MUCH SLEEP TAKES PLACE!* Then today Monday 6th August I decide whether to wait at the airport or go to uni (considering I've already missed the first week of classes) I decide to go after my lecture which finishes at 2pm, but suspect Gwen will be on the 1.25pm flight At 2pm I ring Kara who was waiting at the airport and ask her if Gwen had already landed and she said no (YAY! She must be on the 4.10pm flight!!) At 3pm I get ready to go to the airport and recieve a call from Kara, who says she spoke to the QANTAS lady and found out Gwen isn't arriving til 6.40pm! YAY! I can go to my 4pm class! I arrive at the airport at 6pm and meet the other people who are waiting. At 6.35pm we wait outside the gate for Gwen with a huge sign that says "OUR LOVE IS ROCKSTEADY" Gwen comes out and signs our stuff! YAY! I say to her: Do you remember me from the first row in Melbourne Gwen: Yeh of course! Then when she signs everyone's stuff we get to have photos with her YAY! Whilst the camera is getting ready I point to my bag (saddle mandeville) and say "Look I got the bag!" and Gwen says "I know" *touches my hoodie and looks me up and down* and says "You look really cute!" YAY! I hope someone reads all of that, friggin' longest post EVER but SUPER exciting trip. I still have one show left, which is tomorrow night and Im sitting in the 2nd row! YAY! EDIT: I forgot to mention that today she signed my tour programme And Im going to do a HUGE frame thing with all my photos and tickets and stuff from the trip! wow kool bumflaps!! i want one!! & kool story btw =D    Report
