Anything is possible. She could of had a schedule c-section for today and its very possible that the baby flipped and moved head down and why not try to have the baby naturally. Recovery from a c-section is very painful. Its SURGERY!!! I had a c-section with my twins and I would rather have gone through with regular labor than have a c-section. Recovery takes several weeks.    Report

Regarding c-sections - after you've had  one c-section it is often recommended that you have one again the second time, especially when there is less than 4 years between the births. This is because the previous wound could rupture during a natural birth and be even more serious for the mother! Our photographers saw Gwen's black Range Rover pull up to the hospital as part of a three-car convoy full of Gwen's family members; the pregnant pop star hopped out and was quickly whisked inside by waiting police officers.  Isn't this exciting? Just think - pretty soon, Sean and Jayden might have another little playmate! We'll bring you more on this story as we hear it - stay tuned! What an incredible day!
