It WAS 16, but becuase they had to cut Season 4 short by 2 episodes, they extended Season 5 and 6 by 1 episode each. So Season 5 is 17 episodes, as is Season 6. It used to be 2 hour finales count as 1 double length episode. Then in Season 4 they decided to add an extra hour to the finale (because it was originally cut by 3 episodes) to make it, in their books, a 14 episode season. I personally still count Season 4 as 13 episodes (just cuz I'm like that) So in answer to your question, we'll have to wait and see. 2 weeks to go for the US! EDIT: Oh, and in answer to your first question, yes there will be a 2 hour finale, there always is :P Everything's going to change.    Report

I've recently learned that there will be a show called "Lost: On Location" presented by Iain Lee, shown on Sunday 25th Jan on Sky1 just before the two episodes. So for UK viewers it's: 8pm - Lost: On Location 9pm - Episode 1: Because You Left 10pm - Episode 2: The Lie Everything's going to change.    Report
