I just rremembered and checked my Sunday Morning single is a double-a side and has both songs on it. So then I checked on justnodoubt.net and that's the only kind they had. If so, then EMM still didn't have an exclusive physical release.   ANd it has that very cover, with ND on the couch. Love it by the way. So that must solve it since JND has a meticiulous listing.
