That was one of the best shows I've ever seen! Some highlights from the night.... 1) Gwen being less than 10 feet from me when she came into the audience to sing "Cool". I was very close when she chose the second place to stand. I stood up on a chair and waved my hands like a mad woman to get her attention, but she never looked straight at me. Damn me for not bringing some kind of sign! Still, I've been a fan for ten years and have never been this close to her. It was amazing. 2) All the great improvising...the H-girl spanking Gwen because she said Richmond CA instead of Richmond VA. The guy dancer's shoe--Gwen putting it back on him like Cinderella! haha! 3) Gwen said the next record would be No Doubt, and she also mentioned that Kingston was on the tour bus. She kept thanking the crowd, too, and saying how much she loved everybody. She's seriously the nicest chica, I love her! 4) The band was great, of course...it was so neat to see Gabe and Stephen, and Gail got to sing a lot too! The dancers were all very animated and entertaining--pure performers! Oh god, it's 1:20am and I need to go to math class tomorrow.... I'll post more about the FABULOUS concert tomorrow. It was definitely better than the Sacramento show. The crowd and stage energy was off the wall!!! I thought this is was 1000000 times better then the fresno saw. Lots of BIG fans and I saw so much lamb and HL it was amazing!    Report

I'm so pissed that I got to the concert later...I was hoping to get there an hour before so I could search for some forumers, but we got stuck in traffic. Ugh! Another really awesome thing was during "Hollaback Girl". The screens showed the crowd singing along with "this shiit is bananas" part. I think I saw a very young kid, and also a group of teenage boys with Akon shirts, and grown adults...all of them were dancing and singing the lyrics. It was fabulous. I'm trying really hard not to have post-concert depression, you guys... "You can't be young forever, that's against the laws of the universe!"    Report
