Ya I did a lot of bidding on ebay stuff in the Summer 05 and had a bad experience with a seller.  What happend was the seller was selling this cool no doubt sticker and I bid on it and I won so I sent them a money order then a few weeks later they filed a claim against me on Ebay and tried to say I never paid for the Item and they left me negative feedback.  Ebay asked me if I wanted to escellate the claim so I did because I did send the money order and I had the copy of it as proof and the second the seller found out I filed a claim on them they then contacted me and said they just so happen to find my money order.  Then I waited and waited 2 months went by and I contacted the seller and asked where my sticker was and all they told me was you never said if you still wanted to sticker and I said well I sent you the money order didnt I you HAVE to send me my sticker no matter what and of course I still want it.  To this day I NEVER got the sticker and I filed another claim on them with ebay and they are on probation with ebay right now because they have done that to a few other people.  (before anyone says I should have checked the feedback and rate, I did check all that and they had 98% so).  BEWARE with ebay not everything they sell you on there is in the conidition they say it is.  Sometimes you may never even get the item.    Report
