06-08-2007, 4:44 AM deejay Joined on 09-20-2005 4000 Posts 387 Re: GWEN AUSSIE TOUR DATES!! that is great!! well i got an email back from the manufacturers and the minimum amount you can buy is 50 if you are having them custom made.  the next thing i need to know is how many you each want and suggestions for the colour and what we want printed on them.  i have already mentioned a couple of things i was thinking to put on them but please let me know any more and i need to work out how we can come to a decision any suggestions???  i know i am going to get a 4 or 5 to keep for momentos.    Report

06-08-2007, 5:13 AM de-tec-tive Joined on 09-01-2005 Australia Posts 31,550 Re: GWEN AUSSIE TOUR DATES!! i can't remember what i said when i first suggested the wristbands, but when we did it for John Mayer there were a few left over and throughout the tour a few fans managed to get one to each member, and John even wore one at our show and mentioned it to the crowd! on the Local 83 forum we all threw in suggestions for what to put on it, we got writing on both sides which was cool. then we all voted, took the top 3 and got everyone to vote again. personally i'd like to suggest that we don't put No Doubt Community on there cos i know my friends would like one but they don't post here. and if there was a bunch left over and there's a few of us hanging around before the concert you could just give them out or sell them there. deejay, i can give you the email of the girl who did it for L83 and you can get some info off her if you like. i think she charged $5 each plus $1 postage per wristband. suggestions for what to write - something like that involves: Gwen Stefani, The Sweet Escape, Australian tour, and 2007. how about Gwen Stefani one side, Australian tour 2007 the other side? Isn't that basically the point of them? We wouldn't be able to wear them again to future concerts if they were specifically for the sweet escape tour.. Maybe we could get two lots? Pricing for your order is calculated per design and per size.  The  cost for 100 single colour handbands® debossed with your phrase is  $2.75 per band.  Should your order increase to 200 the price per  Handband decreases to $2.50 per band.  Regular postage within  Australia is approximately $9.00. You might want to match the glow colour of the band, with a metallic  gold infill, to match the style of Gwen Stefani. Additional customisation options are also available.  Colour infill  of the debossed area is $0.17/band; Clear/translucent silicone is  $0.10/band; Striped & swirled 2+ colour combinations are $0.15/band  (On orders over 1,000 this 2+colour combination fee is waived).   Insert cards 3" x 3", with 2 colour printing are $0.15 each.   Complicated artwork (not including simple phrases) have a one-off  artwork fee of $25.00. You can also split your order into different colours, at no extra  charge.  For example, you may want 50 red, 100 blue, and 50 orange,  etc.  The minimum purchase order per colour is 50. i like the idea of the lettering being in gold and my thoughts on the wording are that i think we should do something for this tour, The Sweet Escape or something, as this will probably be the only time we see her solo.  we can always get No Doubt ones when they come. it isn't going to be that expensive inidividually.    Report
