and now here i am,doing super early radio interviews.everyone is so awake.
and i'm playing catch up.
i'm feeling good but all this talking about myself is weird.
and the fact that this is a solo record and not a bush record is dawning on me.
why have i been ignoring that?
i have really just been going with the flow,and now in the midst of these interviews,
being asked if it is weird to be alone,i am realising it is.
but here i am-i need coffee,heavy eyes,light heart-and enjoying the record countdown.
in the next few weeks,there will be an onslaught of STUFF from me.
i like that.
today is quite full of interviews and i think the last one of the morning shows.then the international ones start,then i go to m management offices to meet some journalists in person,and do some on camera tallking.
ever see yourself on camera and you freak yourself out and want yourself to shut up half the time.

Former Bush frontman, Gavin Rossdale, aka Mr Gwen Stefani, has released his first solo album and he told our US correspondent about his expectations and what it's like playing second banana to his wife Gwen!
"The last album did so badly that I don't feel any pressure about this one," he said at his management office in Los Angeles last week. His latest album Wanderlust is the first since the demise of his previous band, 'Institute'.
The self-deprecating rock star jokes about his last record with Institute. "Well, we only had four fans. At least they were the members of U2, so maybe altogether we had eight fans!"
Rossdale doesn't mind that his wife Gwen is a bigger rock star than he is.
"I love that Gwen is an independent girl who goes and does her thing," says Gavin.
"She's obviously not the same person at home as she is publicly but I'm a very secure guy. I have to tell you, as a man, it takes a lot of power not to be intimidated by that kind of success. But for me, I just wouldn't succumb to that kind of emasculating vulnerability."
Meanwhile, the first single off Wanderlust, 'Love Remains the Same', is about.... who else? "It's a celebration of my love for Gwen. What can I say? I'm a bit of a sucker."

thay only talked for like 2minutes. they basically talked all about kingston and how he still rides around in the tour bus Ellen gave him, and he is gonna get drums for his birthday. gavin says he walks around singing twinkle little star and make weird noises just like his father. lol. and they saud gavins CD hits stores june 3rd.
