Show last night in WPB :)

I couldnt post till just now, cause the forum was on crack...but the show was AMAZING!

I got to the venue really early, and semi-snuck back to the area where the crew was working and stuff, and saw Gwen's bus pull in...a few minutes later she got off the bus with Kingston who is INSANELY cute. Where i was standing behind this fence/gate thing with a secuirty guard from the venue watching me was probably about 50 ft or so away from the buses, but Gwen saw me and waved, and mouthed something to me, and went back into the bus...then the MEAN venue security guard screamed and cursed at me, and closed the gate on me completely so i couldnt see anymore :( I took a couple horrible picture of Gwen and Kingston, i will post them later.

Then i heard the soundcheck from outside the venue, and Gwen sounded amazing...and waited around for the show to start. I met a few really cool forumers. Before the show i got a chance to meet Stephen, and talked to him for a few minutes about touring around the world, and what it was like, and he was super nice. I have a picture with him that i will post later as well.

Lady Sov and Akon were both better than i expected, but part of that could just be that I was so excited...and then of course Gwen was amazing. I was second row, pretty close to the center, and the whole amphitheater was PACKED, even the lawn. I wont go into detail about her show cause everyone else already has but she was amazing. But during Yummy i put on a Chefs hat and she pointed and smiled...and after that point, it seemed like she would notice me constantly during hte show. Its funny cause she can tell who the hardcore fans are, and she focuses on those groups the whole night. I saw her going back to focusing on 3 groups, this group of little girls up front, this guy and girl completely decked out in HL stuff in the first row directly center, and me and the girl next to me who was also going crazy the whole night.

So anyways, she put on an AMAZING show, and after the show, me and a group of about 7 other people (including Bright Eyes on here and her bf which were both super nice :) waited by the buses for over a while. Stephen came out and chatted with us for a minute, and asked if any of us had a cigarette lol. Also, one of the dancers came out, and filmed us with a video camera for what seemed like was gonna be a homemade type memory tape of the tour, cause he kept telling us to say how hot Gwen was lol.

Bright Eyes so Gwen walking towards the bus, and right as we were all abotu to scream at her, a big giant truck started heading right for us and almost ran us over, lol, so we had to move back, and by the time the truck was gone, Gwen was in the bus :( We waitied until the bus left, but as the bus was leaving, one of Gwen's people came out and asked us please not to scream, because Kingston was sleeping in the bus, and a few seconds later the bus was gone.

Ok, thats the whole night, lol. It was amazing :)

I was there too and got to get a picture with Stephen. :) That show was amazing! And the crowd had such a good reaction when she mentioned recording the new No Doubt cd.

Anyone on here go last night, a dude wearing a LAMB track jacket/pants? and a girl in the new HL shirt that's carnival print, I believe. IDK, I was sure they were forumers though, lol. xP

Wow, and I thought your chart updates were thrilling to read!! Thanks so much for sharing your awesome story from last night-we're so happy you had an amazing time! I'm sorry Gwen's security was so mean to you-but it's wonderful to know Gwen recognized you and the other big fans.

aww thanks :) Actually Gwen's security was really nice! It was the venues secuirty guard that was sooo mean! He even told Bright Eyes, who could not be any nicer, to F-OFF for no reason grrrrr!

But we also met a couple really nice security guards from teh venue, but that one guy was mean!

Hm, im not sure, i know a few years ago it used to be Mars Music Amphitheatre. It may have been Coral Sky for a while after that.

OMG yes thats it! They change the names all the time but it will always be Coral Sky to me!!! I saw ND play there in April of 97! Most amazing day ever!!! AHHH! I wish I went to her WPB show too!!

HELLS YES! I was so there! Front row, baby!! I was in the pit at the WPB show, too!

I was there last night too =) Front row on the left section (section 3). I went to Sunfest in 02 also. I should have met up with up forumers!

aahhh yea me too :) Memories haha. That was my first no doubt show, or concert in general...i dont know if ive ever been that excited in my life haha. I love Mars/Coral Sky/Sounds Adive...its such a good venue. Ive seen both Gwen and No Doubt at the Sunrise arena...and Coral Sky is SO much better IMO.

Yeah, it was an awesome show. I think we've been to all the same shows so far hahaha.

05/02/02 - Sunfest

10/29/02 - Sunrise (ND)

05/24/05 - Sunrise (Gwen)

12/21/05 - Sunrise (Gwen)

And then last night lol.

So we should just meet up at the next one already!
